The Download Protection Service allows you to have a secure copy of the application files of your purchased software for 1 year. This way you can always reinstall the software in case you lose your data or change your device. You will have access to the application files independently from your backup PC.
1. From Mobile Systems Support web page click “Access Download Protected Files”.
2. Fill in your email address or the order ID for your purchased software.
3. You will see a list of all purchased product with Download Protection service. Click Download next to the product name to re-download application files.
4. The file will be sent to your PC or over-the-air to your device, depending on your original method of delivery.
