How can I use MobiSystems OfficeSuite?

MobiSystems OfficeSuite allows you to create dynamic documents and calculate and analyze data on your phone. The program supports native DOC, TXT, RTF, XLS, XML, and CSV files.

What limitations are there in the trial version as opposed to the full version of the program?

MobiSystems OfficeSuite has a 30-day trial period which allows you to evaluate the program before you decide to purchase it. The trial version if fully functional and there are no limitations except for the 30 days time limitation. After the trial is over you will still be able to use the OfficeSuite but only as a reader. The Save option will not be available until the program is registered.

I have purchased MobiSystems OfficeSuite but it is still in trial mode. How can I get the full version?

After you have purchased the program you should have received a purchase confirmation message containing the Unlock key to register. Please check all of your mail folders for the confirmation message.
If you have not received a confirmation message please write to our support team support@mobi-systems.com and we will provide the Unlock key to register.

Can I install the OfficeSuite to a memory card?

Yes, the program can be installed to the memory card on the phone.

Which file formats does MobiSystems OfficeSuite support?

The file formats that MobiSystems OfficeSuite recognizes and is able to open and modify are:


DOC - Microsoft Word text documents.
TXT - the commonly used TXT format is also supported. XLS - the default Excel format supported by all versions of Microsoft® Excel
XML - files for Excel XP and 2003
CSV - files for older versions of Microsoft Excel (e.g. 2000, 98)

How do I transfer documents from the Desktop PC to the phone?

To transfer documents to the PDA you can use wireless connection such as Bluetooth and Infrared or the USB cable.
