Senior C++ Developer - OfficeSuite Core Engine

OfficeSuite is available for 3 platforms - Android, iOS and Windows PC. These 3 platforms share a common engine - the "heart" of the product. We are looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to join our 10-person team that builds the Core Engine of OfficeSuite.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in C++ (11 or later) software development
  • Experience with building complex multi-threaded multi-platform libraries
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Informatics, Computer Science or Engineering is a must
  • Experience with Android, iOS or Windows PC development is an advantage
  • Good understanding of English
  • Living in Sofia or willing to relocate

Product Manager - OfficeSuite for iOS

MobiSystems (Mobile Systems) is the only Bulgarian company that creates and sells its own mobile apps since 2001. These apps have been installed on more than 300 million devices and can be found pre-loaded on devices from Sony, Amazon, Sharp, Acer, Kyocera and others.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Product Manager for our OfficeSuite for iOS app. She/he will act as the “CEO of the product” and be responsible for its success in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor and analyze the competition;
  • Define the product features and priorities together with all stakeholders, based on facts and business cases;
  • Create the feature specifications and wireframes;
  • Drive the product releases together with the Development Manager;
  • Listen to customer feedback and improve the product accordingly;
  • Drive the growth of the product market share / revenue together with the Business Development Managers;
  • Lead a team of user experience designers, technical writers, etc.

Requirements:

  • Business-oriented. Some technical background is an advantage;
  • Experience in the mobile apps business;
  • Excellent English skills - written & spoken;
  • Proactive. Self-organizing. Able to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Living in Sofia or willing to relocate.

Senior .NET Developer - new product

We are actively looking to hire a Senior .NET Developer in our Sofia office to join a new team dedicated to creating OfficeSuite Mail for Windows. He/she will work closely with highly qualified professionals to develop an email client application for Windows desktops from the ground up.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in .NET/C# software development;
  • Knowledge of Windows Presentation Foundation framework (WPF);
  • C++ professional experience will be considered a significant advantage;
  • Experience with T-SQL;
  • Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Students in their final year may also apply;
  • Strong communication skills & willingness to work in a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Good understanding of English;
  • Experience with Android, iOS, or Windows Mobile development will be considered an advantage;
  • Living in Sofia or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce top quality code;
  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to refine requirements;
  • Work closely with engineering team members to improve product architecture while maintaining its integrity;

Business Analyst – OfficeSuite for Windows PC

What are we looking for?

We have recently launched "OfficeSuite for Windows PC" - our challenge to Microsoft!
We are now looking to expand our product management team with a Business Analyst. She/he will work together with the Senior Product Manager to define and deliver a product that meets and exceeds our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create feature specifications and wireframes;
  • Collaborate with the UX design team to create prototypes and designs based on the specifications;
  • Work together with the Development team to provide any clarifications they might need during the implementation;
  • Review the implemented features and validate them against the specifications and designs;
  • Prioritize the found bugs together with QA team;
  • Analyze the features after they go live to measure their success.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or product manager in a software company;
  • Extensive practical experience as a knowledge worker with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • Able to present ideas clearly in writing - English language skills at level C1/C2;
  • Experience with prototyping tools – e.g. Balsamiq, Proto.io, Axure;
  • Familiarity with agile practices - stories, backlog, sprints, etc.; experience with JIRA is an advantage; 
  • Living in Sofia or willing to relocate.
