Who are we?

MobiSystems is a product development company that creates and sells its own mobile apps since 2001.


Our "smaller" apps like Aqua Mail and PDF Extra have 5 million downloads, our bigger apps like the Oxford Dictionary of English over 50 million and the our biggest apps like OfficeSuite - over 100 million downloads.

Currently, we have over 150 employees in Sofia and offices in San Diego, Stockholm, London & Tokyo


What are we looking for?

 An energetic team player who wants to join our growing team responsible for the development and support of the Dictionary product line, PDF Extra and Media365.


  • Respond to end-user questions and comments received via multiple channels - App Store / Google Play Store reviews, support tickets, user forum, chat, etc.
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions or workarounds for the users
  • Provide accurate detailed descriptions of found issues, so that they can be reproduced and fixed
  • Assist the product team in boosting product performance by tracking known user issues and recommendations and their impact on the app
  • Constantly update and create new FAQs and How-to videos for our Help Center
  • Generate fresh ideas on how to improve our Help Center


  • At least 1 year of experience as a customer support
  • Good device & computer skills - an Android or iOS smartphone power user
  • Excellent written English – level C1 or equivalent
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Motivated to perform many different tasks and constantly learn new things
  • Able to work full-time at our Sofia office

Considered an advantage:

  • Some QA experience is always handy
  • Students are welcome as well
  • Basic HTML literacy
  • Previous experience with JIRA or any other Service Desk tool
