System Administrator

Currently, we have over 180 employees in our Headquarters in Sofia (MobiArt Building) and office in San Diego.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain and manage our infrastructure.


  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of platforms, systems, virtualization and networking.
  • Install, support and upgrade computer systems and components, manage physical and virtual servers. Integrate automation processes.
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
  • Propose and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
  • Set up user accounts.
  • Diagnosing hardware and software problems.
  • Follow internal policy and security practices.


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, telecommunications, computer science, or related.
  • 3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience.
  • Experience with managing servers (on-premise and cloud environments). Experience in cloud services administration - GCP, Azure, AWS.
  • Experience with virtuallization - VMWare.
  • Experience with Linux server administration.
  • Strong knowledge of network security and monitoring tools. Experience with scripting and automation tools.
  • Excellent English skills - written & spoken.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive. Self-organizing. Able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Living in Sofia or willing to relocate.
