Currently, we are looking for Campaign Analytics Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team in our Headquarters in Sofia. You will be responsible for implementing clean data structure & marking, gathering, designing, and monitoring ongoing in-depth campaign analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboard, make recommendations for optimizations, update reporting templates and assist in analyzing results.
  • Manage events tracking, tagging and reporting.
  • Execute implementation of digital analytics solutions, tag management and other data management technology.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance analytics and optimize/advise regularly to better achieve client goals and targets.
  • Interpret campaign performance while providing insights and solutions to meet campaign challenges.
  • Ensure data accuracy across platforms.
  • Collaborate with product team to secure data & events tracking.
  • Collaborate with performance team to create and optimize high-performing marketing programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on and advise the team on the latest analytics/marketing/media trends.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in Google platforms, specifically Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Understanding of digital buying platforms including social media and streaming media.
  • Quantitative and analytical decision-making skills.
  • Solution-oriented, assertive and resilient.
  • Critical eye for detail.
  • Passion for data analysis and market research.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Fluent English – verbal and written.

An advantage would be:

  • Experience with other Analytics Platform.
  • Experience with Mobile Marketing Analytics platform (AppsFlyer, Adjust etc.)
  • Curious nature to stay on top of trends in media including paid search, SEO, social and digital marketing strategy.
  • Experience with other Analytics 360.
