Who are we?

MobiSystems is a Bulgarian product development company that creates and sells its own productivity applications for Windows, Android and iOS. Our applications are installed on more than 500 million devices worldwide. 

During our 20 year history, we have created OfficeSuite (, PDF Extra ( and MobiDrive (, which have proven themselves to be viable alternatives for the products from Microsoft and Adobe.

Currently, we have over 180 employees in our headquarters in Sofia and an office in San Diego.

What are we looking for?

A person who fancies joining a team with a contemporary outlook on what support does and how it operates. And don't worry - it's not a constant email-answering position. Instead, we need someone who will happily become a part of the OfficeSuite product team and will be eager to learn how digital products are conceptualized, developed and improved based on end-user feedback.


What you will do and learn as needed:

  • Respond to end-user questions and comments received via multiple channels - App Store / Google Play Store reviews, support tickets, user forum, etc.
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions or workarounds for the users.
  • Provide accurate detailed descriptions of found issues, so that they can be reproduced and fixed by the product team.
  • Assist the product team in boosting product performance by tracking known user issues and recommendations and their impact on the app.
  • Work with tools such as Atlassian Service Desk, forums, video and image editing software.
  • Create, edit and constantly improve video tutorials and other visual aids.


  • 2+ years of experience as a customer support agent.
  • Empathy for users and customers.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good device & computer skills - a Windows and Android/iOS power user.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written English – level C1 or equivalent.
  • University degree or equivalent experience, knowledge, and skills that will help you get the job done.

Considered as an advantage:

  • Previous experience with software support.
  • Motivated to perform many different tasks and constantly learn new technical things.
  • Fluency in other languages.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
