Who are we?

MobiSystems is a Bulgarian product development company that creates and sells its own productivity applications for Windows, Android and iOS. Our applications are installed on more than 500 million devices worldwide. 
During our 20 year history, we have created OfficeSuite (www.officesuite.com), PDF Extra (www.pdfextra.com) and MobiDrive (www.mobidrive.com), which have proven themselves to be viable alternatives for the products from Microsoft and Adobe.
Currently, we have over 180 employees in our headquarters in Sofia and an offices in San Diego.

We are looking for energetic, creative and positive IT Recruitment Specialists to join our HR team!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the end-to-end recruitment process;
  • Prepares and post job adverts, work on a daily basis with social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc.);
  • Prepares various recruitment materials to attract top talent;
  • Explores new recruitment channels;
  • Implements innovative and original sourcing strategies to find the most suitable candidates;
  • Conducts job interviews and keep record of presented candidates;
  • Performs regular reports and analysis of the HR data according to the management needs;
  • Attends job fairs and other recruiting events;
  • Opportunity to work on different internal HR projects (depending on your interests and experience).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or similar;
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or another HR/related field in the IT industry;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Ability to develop/maintain professional relationships and professionally interact with all levels within the organization;
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to details and ability to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Team player, proactive, problem-solver with ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality;
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and changing landscapes;
  • Excellent computer literacy, extensive experience with office software /Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/.
