Currently, we have over 180 employees in our Headquarters in Sofia (MobiArt Building) and office in San Diego.For our range of products we are seeking a talented, energetic, motivated and professional Business Development & Sales Manager for the US market.

 
What is the role?

As a Business Development & Sales Manager you will be MobiSystems representative helping us grow our brand, strengthen our local presence, and increase our customer base and sales. Your role will be to build a go- to-market strategy, boost awareness, develop distribution relationships and be the local spokesperson and implement the strategy for maximum market penetration.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the US growth plan and strategy for MobiSystems and ensure to deliver above-average growth through developing local partnerships
  • Increase awareness and distribution of MobiSystems products in the US
  • Build and promote strong, long-term distribution relationships with online and retail B2B partners
  • Increase the customer base and paid conversion through efficient sales and customer experiences
  • Track business performance and timely progress reports to management
  • Keep on top of market trends and market dynamics in the productivity software domain
  • Offer product knowledge and technical expertise to increase customer demands

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in building software sales and distribution partnerships (minimum 5 years)
  • Good knowledge of computer software market and desktop/mobile consumer electronics
  • Familiar with all legal, local tax duties and finance matters
  • Ability to communicate, demonstrate and influence target customers
  • High energy, results oriented achiever
