Product Manager - MobiDrive Android and iOS

Who are we?

MobiSystems is a Bulgarian B2C product development company that creates and sells its own productivity applications for Windows, Android and iOS.

During our 20-year history, we have created OfficeSuite (www.officesuite.com), PDF Extra (www.pdfextra.com) and MobiDrive (www.mobidrive.com), which have been installed on more than 500 million devices worldwide.

Currently, we have over 180 employees in our headquarters in Sofia and an office in San Diego.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Product Manager for our newest apps – MobiDrive for Android and MobiDrive for iOS, which we launched in 2021.

You will be responsible for defining and delivering new versions of the apps based on MobiSystems strategic priorities and customer feedback.

What will you do and learn as needed?

  • Drive the OKRs for your MobiDrive products together with the Business Development Manager and the other product managers.
  • Monitor the competitors' products together with the Marketing team. Maintain the product backlog.
  • Negotiate the quarterly product roadmap with stakeholders from the Sales, Marketing, Business Management, UX, Development, QA and Support teams.
  • Create feature specifications. Review the implemented features from a functional perspective.
  • Support the UX design team that creates prototypes and designs for the features based on the specifications; Run or participate in the usability tests for key features.
  • Provide any clarifications that might be needed by the Engineering team during the implementation.
  • Help the QA team to prioritize the bugs found during testing.
  • Plan and monitor the delivery of product releases on a monthly rhythm.
  • Be responsible for all project management aspects necessary to deliver the monthly releases of the product.
  • Continuously track and analyze multiple metrics and customer feedback and improve the product accordingly.

What do we look for in a candidate?

  • 2+ years of experience as a project manager, product manager or business analyst in a software company.
  • Proven record of delivering results by managing all aspects of a project/product through its lifecycle.
  • Some technical (Software / IT) background or experience.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent English - written & spoken (level C1/C2).
  • Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) is an advantage.
  • Living in Sofia or willing to relocate.
