Currently, we are looking for Senior User Acquisition Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team in our Headquarters in Sofia. You will be responsible for the User Acquisition Strategy for our Mobile apps from the ground up and will have a major role in shaping the strategy direction for all ad activities.


  • Knowledge with: Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust.
  • Hands-on campaign management on various mobile ad networks.
  • Actively manage and carry out large-scale campaigns via various online advertising platforms.
  • Develop benchmarks, set goals, plan and execute online marketing strategies.
  • Create insightful, data-driven reports and draw meaningful conclusions that drive overall sales growth.
  • Test, monitor and analyze performance and optimize according to KPIs.
  • Design A/B tests to measure lift in campaign performance and improve conversion rate.
  • Identify relevant trends and marketing opportunities, stay up to date with industry and platform developments.
  • Develop a strong connection with product development team, keeping them up to date with ongoing ad strategy.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting. Communicate regularly project status to team and upper management


  • 3+ years in mobile user acquisition and ad buying analysis experience at scale.
  • Campaign management on self-served platforms is a must.
  • Highly analytical and technical: Understands components of ad calls across various channels.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data and present it in reports.
  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution.
  • Willingness to learn and use third party ad systems such as ad servers, DSPs, and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and problem solving skills.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, spreadsheets and reporting.
  • Fluent English – verbal and written.

An advantage would be:

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with Apple Search Ads.
  • Experience with Facebook App Ads.
