Yes, once you have purchased the Premium license, you can use it on multiple devices as long as you are logged in to your Google account, used for the purchase, on all of them.

Please follow these steps to cancel your trial and subscription:

 On your iPhone or iPad: 

  1. Open Device Settings
  2. Tap on your Profile
  3. Tap on Subscriptions
  4. Locate the subscription you would like to cancel
  5. Tap Cancel subscription
Please do keep in mind that if you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged in the end of the trial period and each new billing cycle.

As a developer, we do not have access to your subscription information, but you can easily view your subscriptions by following these few steps: 

  • Open the Settings app
  • Tap on your name
  • Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.).
  • You should be able to view your subscription.

Usually, once you change your device or update the software, yor Premium license does not restore automatically. After this, you may see a notification that asks you to subscribe. Even if you have purchased the Premium lifetime license some time ago, it still counts as lifetime with no need to subscribe. You would just have to restore your purchase.

Actually, when you see a pending status in your account, this means that the amount has not been charged to your bank account yet. This is a way for Apple to check ans make sure everything is intact with your card, and to check that you have enough funds in your account to make the purchase. Usually, this action may take within 1-3 days but if you notice a delay, you can contact Apple's Report a Problem page.

Online apps purchased in the iTunes or App stores or via in-app purchases are permanently tied to the Apple ID used at the time of purchase. There is no way to transfer them to an alternate Apple ID. The other Apple ID will have to be used to purchase the item again if you want it under that Apple ID.

Yes, you can change your subscription plan, but please note that once you do, the subscription plan you are at the moment needs to end before the new subscription begins (for example if you have an annual subscription and would like to change to monthly, the annual subscription would have to end before the monthly rebews.).

Please follow the steps to change your subscription plan: 

  1. Open the Settings app. 
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change.
  4. If different types of subscriptions are available, a list appears. Tap the option that you would like.
  5. Tap Purchase.
  6. If you chose a subscription that you can share with family, scroll down and turn on Share with Family. (Don't see Share with Family? Set up Family Sharing or join a family, then return to this page and turn on Share with Family.) If you don't want to share the subscription with your family, turn off Share with Family.

Our apologies for any inconvenience. It is a fact that China has restrictions/approvals in regards to some services and has added a new one to content apps. 
This means that we are not able to provide our services in China at the moment. 
Please, keep the following in mind: 

  • For users with account on the Chinese AppStore - ODE will not be available for download
  • Users with Chinese accounts who have downloaded the application before October 2021 are able to keep using it, but can't update to the latest versions ,or to reinstall the app. If the users delete any existing versions of the app for the time being, they will not be able to download the app again.
  • Users, on the territory of Mainland China who have a later version than 14.0, will not be able to use the app as expected, because the device will signal it's on Chinese territory
