A common issue for certain card holders. The money is deducted but it gets rejected. If the amount is billed from your bank account it will get refunded back after a couple of days.
As we do not handle payments we recommend to use Google's Payment Center. You can also tap here to Dispute, report, or cancel a payment.

  • Play Store Order IDs are received after purchasing a license and look like this: GPA.3333-3333-2222-12345. More info on how Google Play manages your orders and purchases is available HERE
  • If you purchased a dictionary from Mobisystems' website, you receive an email with the complete order info. Your unique Mobisystems Order ID and activation key is there.

Please follow these steps to cancel your trial and subscription:

1. Open Google Play Store. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account.

2. Tap on your profile icon in the upper rightmost corner, then tap Payments and Subscriptions.

3. Select Subscriptions.

4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription.

Follow the onscreen instructions.

Please do keep in mind that if you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged at the end of the trial period and each new billing cycle.

Before you follow the instructions, please make sure you are signed in with the account you used for the purchase. Go to "Google Play" Store and Tap on your profile at the right side of the screen>>"Payments and Subscriptions">>"Subscriptions" so you can view all your subscription up to date or "Budget and history" if you would like to see the amounts you spent on each product.

Usually, once you change your device or update the software, yor Premium license does not restore automatically. After this, you may see a notification that asks you to subscribe. Even if you have purchased the Premium lifetime license some time ago, it still counts as lifetime with no need to subscribe. You would just have to restore your purchase.

If you check your payment status and see that the payment is pending, this means that the amount has not been charged to your bank account yet.
This happens so Google can make sure the card is valid, and to check that you have enough funds in your account to make the purchase.

Authorizations may take around 1-14 business days depending on your bank, but if the authorization lasts more than that, we would advise you contact Google's Support Page here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/?hl=en#topic=3364260 as well as your bank.

Yes, once you have purchased the Premium license, you can use it on multiple devices as long as you are logged in to your Google account, used for the purchase, on all of them.
