You started a trial or subscribed for File Commander Premium+ through a partner app store: Google Play, Amazon Appstore, Huawei's App Gallery. The steps to cancel will vary between app stores. 

Google Play
Follow the steps below to manage your subscription on your Android device:

1. Open Google Play Store. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account.

2. Tap Menu in the upper rightmost corner, then tap Payments and Subscriptions.
3. Select Subscriptions.

4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription.

Amazon Appstore

On Fire Tablets:
  1. Tap Games & Apps, and then tap Library.

  2. Tap Subscriptions, then tap Manage.

  3. Uncheck Auto-renew this subscription, then tap Save.

Huawei App Gallery
Follow the steps below on your Huawei phone or tablet:
  1. Open App Gallery. Tap 'Me' on the bottom right.

  2. Tap your profile picture on top. Tap Payments and purchases.

  3. Tap Subscriptions, then tap the subscription you want to manage.

  4. Tap Cancel subscription.

Partner app stores do not provide a way for developers to cancel your subscription or refund your order. Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription, you must manually end it.

You purchased File Commander Premium - lifetime license - on Google Play store. Your license is tied to your Google account. On your Android device:

1. Download File Commander from Google Play store. Make sure you are using the same Google account you bought it with.
2. Check your license level in the navigation drawer. Depending on how you purchased File Commander Premium, you may have to sign into the app.

What does the lifetime license include?
File Commander Premium

Your lifetime license includes the features and functionalities below.

  • 15GB cloud storage.
  • Recycle bin.
  • Storage analyzer.
  • Vault.
  • Music player.
  • Show hidden files and folders.
  • Favourites.

Why am I getting an Upgrade option?
The optional upgrade ups your cloud storage from 15GB to 50GB and includes unlimited file conversions.

Third-party seller
You purchased or subscribed for File Commander through a third-party seller. Refunds for apps purchased from third-party sellers, such as Google Play, Amazon Appstore and Huawei App Gallery, are subject to the Return policy of the seller. 

We have limited access and visibility over subscriptions purchased through a third-party seller. All refund requests must go to the seller from whom you purchased the subscription, because we did not receive the payment. purchase
You purchased a subscription outright on If you do not like the product, if it just does not work for you, return it within 30 days of receipt.

You purchased or subscribed for File Commander on Google Play. Request your receipt or invoice from the seller. 

  1. Sign in to with your Google Account.

  2. Click on the transaction you want an invoice for.

  3. At the bottom of the transaction details, click Download VAT invoice.

  4. You may be asked to enter some information, like your full address or a tax ID.

  5. Click Save.

  6. You'll see a link where you can download your invoice.

You want to set or change your payment method on Google Play or Amazon Appstore. You can add, remove or edit the payment method for your subscription through the respective account.

Google Play store

Add a payment method
  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap Menu, tap Payment methods
  3. Under 'Add payment method', select the payment method you want to add.
  4. Follow the instructions and the new payment method will be added to your Google account.

      Add a backup payment method for your File Commander subscription: 

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app. 
  2. Tap Menu, then Subscriptions.
  3. Next to the subscription, tap Manage.
  4. Tap Backup payment method.
  5. Under 'Other Options', select a payment method to add and follow the instructions.

Amazon Appstore
  1. Go to your Amazon account
  2. Select Payment options, and do one of the following: 
  • To add a payment method, select the relevant link under the payment method you want to add.
  • To edit or remove a payment method, select the drop-down arrow beside the relevant payment method and select Edit or Remove.
