1. Open the MobiDrive app.
   Optionally, tap My files to navigate to an existing sub-folder. 
   
   
2. Tap Add.  
   
   
3. Tap Upload. 
   
   
4. Find and tap the file you want to upload.

You can create OfficeSuite files and PDF Extra scans in MobiDrive. 

• Documents.
• Spreadsheets.
• Presentations with OfficeSuite.
• Scan-to-PDF with PDF Extra. 

1. Open MobiDrive. 
    
2. Tap Add. 
   
   
3. Choose what you want to create: a new document, spreadsheet, presentation, scan, or a new folder.

1. Open MobiDrive. 
   
   
2. At the bottom right, tap the Create button.
   
   
3. Tap New Folder.
   
   
4. Name the folder.
   
   
5. Tap Create.

You can secure your photo and video files in MobiDrive via an automatic backup.

1. Open MobiDrive on your device.

2. Click the Contextual menu icon.





3. Click Settings.




4. Click Backup settings.




5. Activate the Backup option and select which type of media files you would like to back up.




6. You can select which device folders to back up from Back up device folders.



7. MobiDrive will automatically locate and back up your photo and video files from your device. You will be able to review your backup files in Collections.

With MobiDrive, you can review all your files grouped by type in the Collections section.

1. Open MobiDrive on your device.

2. Click on the Collections icon.





3. MobiDrive will display all your files, conveniently grouped in filtered sections:

- Pictures
- Music
- Videos
- Documents




4. Click on a given section to inspect its contains.

                      

1. Open the MobiDrive app. 
   
   
2. Tap My files. Next to the file you want to download, tap the Contextual menu. 
   
   
3. Tap Download. 

4. When Download option is selected, the default Internal storage > Download folder opens. Tap Save here, or

• optionally, use the Back arrow in the top leftmost corner to navigate to Internal Storage and select a different folder to save the file. 

You can move an item from any tab in the app: My files, Recent files, Shared, Collections, or search results. You can move single or multiple items in one go. 

1. Open MobiDrive. 
   
   
2. Long tap to select the item you want to move. You can select multiple files. 
   To select all items, tap Select All on top. 
   Alternately, next to the item you want to move, tap the Contextual menu. 
   
   
3. Tap Move. 
   
   
4. Choose the destination folder, tap Move here. 
   To move to a new folder, tap New folder. 

You can view your files even if you aren't connected to a WiFi or mobile network. 

Save your files for offline use

1. Open MobiDrive.
   
   
2. Tap My files. Next to the file, tap the Contextual menu. 
   
   
3. To save a file offline, toggle on Available offline. 

1. Open MobiDrive. 
   
   
2. In the top leftmost corner, tap Menu. 
   
   
3. In the Navigation drawer, tap Offline. 

You can copy an item from any tab in the app: My files, Recent files, Shared, Collections, or search results. You can copy single or multiple items in one go. 

1. Open MobiDrive. 
   
   
2. Long tap to select the item you want to copy. You can select multiple files. 
   To select all items, tap Select All on top. 
   
   
3. Tap the Contextual menu in the top right. Tap Copy. 
   
   
4. Choose the destination folder, tap Copy here. 

1. Open MobiDrive. 
   
   
2. Next to the item you want to copy, tap the Contextual menu. Tap Copy. 
   
   
3. Choose the destination folder, tap Copy here. 

1. Open MobiDrive on your Android device.


2. Tap and hold the item you want to delete.


3. Tap the delete icon.






*Alternatively

1. Tap the menu of the item you want to delete.





2. Select Delete.

1. Open MobiDrive. Next to the file you want to rename, tap the Contextual menu
   
   
2. Tap Rename. 
   
   
3. Enter the name you want.
   
   
4. Tap OK.

With MobiDrive, you can easily convert files into other formats.

1. Open MobiDrive.




2. Tap the menu of the item you want to convert.



3. Select Convert.




4. Choose the format you want to convert the item to.


5. Complete with Confirm.



6. MobiDrive will add the converted item to your files.

You can find any of your files in MobiDrive using the Search option.


1. Open MobiDrive.

2. Click on the Search icon.




3. Type a keyword in the Search box. MobiDrive will suggest all the results containing the typed keyword.




For a more specific search, you can select/deselect any of the four category suggestions:

- Pictures
- Music
- Videos
- Documents

1. Open MobiDrive on your Android device.

2. Tap the Contextual menu.




3. Select Bin.





4. Tap the menu of the file you want to restore.





5. Tap Restore.







Alternatively

1. Tap and hold the file you want to restore.

2. Tap Restore.

1. Open MobiDrive on your device.



2. Tap the menu of the file you want to share.



3. Select Share.




4. Slide upwards to see the sharing/app options.


5. Choose between Share as link or Send a copy.


MobiDrive will display all your apps you can use to share the file.

- Send a copy sends the file as a copy/attachment via the chosen app.
- Share as link offers direct access to the apps on your device you can use to share the file.


6. Select the app you want to use to send your file.





You can also review all the shared files by and to you.
1. Click on the Shared files icon.



2. Select which section you want to review:


- Shared with me




- Shared by me
