OfficeSuite for iOS has a number of sharing options you can use to exchange documents in seconds. These are accessed from the Context menu next to each file and contain the following sharing options:

  • AirDrop - Send files using Apple's proprietary ad-hoc file transfer service.
  • Message - Exchange files by sending them as an attachment to a standard message.
  • Mail - Use the mailing client available on your device to send the file. There are further options to Zip & Email Document or just Email Documents.

You can easily add to/remove files from the Favorites section.

Add files to Favorites.

1. Open OfficeSuite on your device.


2. Select the menu of the file you want to add to Favorites.




3. Click Add to Favorites.





Remove files from Favorites.

Once you have added some of your files to the Favorites section, you will be able to see them on your OfficeSuite home screen.


1. Open OfficeSuite.



2. Select the menu of the file you want to remove from Favorites.





3. Click Remove from Favorites.






Remove all files from Favorites in one go.

1. Click on the Contextual menu.





2. Select Clear Favorites.

Copy text/objects

1. Open an OfficeSuite file.

2. Double-tap on text/object to select it.
*You can also slide in any direction to expand the selection.





3. Select Copy.



4. Tap where you want to paste the copied text/object. Select Paste.





Cut text/objects

1. Open an OfficeSuite file.

2. Double-tap on text to select it.
*You can also slide in any direction to expand the selection.




3. Select Cut.



4. Tap where you want to paste the cut text/object. Select Paste.





New Comment

This option appears when you tap somewhere in a blank space in your OfficeSuite file.

1. Open your OfficeSuite file.

2. Tap anywhere in the blank space of the file. A New Comment pop-up will appear.



3. Tap on the New Comment pop-up to add notes to your file.

The Format Painter in OfficeSuite apps lets you copy the formatting from a given content (text; shape; picture; text box; placeholder) and apply it to another.


1. Open your OfficeSuite file.

2. While in the Home tab, double-tap in the file.




3. Make a selection (of a supported source - text; shape; picture; text box; placeholder).




4. Tap Copy Format.




5. Select the content you want to paste the copied formatting to. Tap Paste Format.
