OfficeSuite for Windows has a number of sharing options you can use to exchange documents in seconds. These are accessed by clicking on the File menu at the upper right corner of the screen, and then on the Share option which will appear. The sharing options include:

  • Send Link - Share the document via download link. Usable only on files saved on MobiDrive.
  • Email Document - Use the mailing client available on your Windows PC to send the file.
  • Zip & Email Document - Archive the document and share it using a mailing client.
  • Send as PDF - Convert the document to PDF and share it using a mailing client.

How to turn off your hardware graphic accelerator:

1. Open your OfficeSuite file and click File.





2. Click Settings.





3. In the Performance box, uncheck Hardware Graphic Acceleration.

The Format Painter in OfficeSuite apps lets you copy the formatting from a given content (text; shape; picture; text box; placeholder) and apply it to another.

1. Open your OfficeSuite file.




2. Left-click the content which formatting you want to copy to another(text; shape; picture; text box; placeholder).




3. Click Format Painter.




4. Left-click and drag to select the content you want to paste the copied formatting to.
