Linking your OfficeSuite license with an account allows you to use your license and documents across devices and, if applicable, across platforms. 

You can sign up through OfficeSuite for mobile or Windows PC,
or on our website

Sign in methods: 
You can can create an account with your Facebook account, Google account, or Apple ID. It is a secure, quick, and easy way to sign up and you will not have to remember your individual OfficeSuite password.  

  • Facebook.
  • Google
  • Apple ID. 
Alternatively, you can sign up with your email address. 
  • Email. Be sure to sign up with a valid email address that you have access to. This email address or phone number will be the username that you log in with. 
    Make sure to verify your account by following the link in the confirmation email we send.

Add a new e-mail to my account.

When your old email address or phone number does not suit you anymore, but you want to retain your cloud storage, account settings, and OfficeSuite Chats contacts (Android only), you can add a new email address to your existing account.

An alias is another email address that works with the same account.

Note that you will not be able to add an existing account as an alias. In case you had created an account with the new email, the workaround is to delete that account.

  1. Open OfficeSuite. Tap Menu, tap Manage account
  2. Tap Add email.
  3. Verify the new email.
You can now use OfficeSuite with either email.

You may want to change your password for security reasons, or you may have forgotten your password and you want to reset it.

The steps to change or reset your password vary between platforms.

Change password on Android: 

  1. Open OfficeSuite. Tap Menu, tap on your account.
  2. Tap Change password.
    Note that Change password is not visible or possible when signed in with Google, Facebook, or Apple ID. 
  3. Type your old password, then type the new one and confirm it.
  4. Tap Change password

Reset password: 
  1. On the Sign-in window, tap 'Forgot password?'
  2. Type your email, tap Reset password, tap Continue.
  3. Check your email for the password reset link.
  4. Follow the link to create a new password.

If you do not find the email, check spam. If you did not receive the email, contact us.
If you get 'Account does not exist', you may have signed up with Google or Facebook.

When you sign up with Google or Facebook, your newly created MobiSystems account will adopt your Google email or the email on your Facebook account.

However, you can not sign in to your MobiSystems account with this email, because you did not set up a custom password. Instead, on the Sign in window,

  • choose the original sign-in method.

You want to delete your MobiSystems account. 
Deleting your MobiSystems account means you will not be able to use it to sign in to the MobiSystems apps you have been using. It also deletes your MobiDrive and files. This can not be undone. 

Deleting your MobiSystems account will not cancel your trial or your subscription with a third-party seller. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription with a third-party seller.

The automatic sign-in option for MobiSystems accounts allows you to use File Commander, OfficeSuite, and MobiDrive apps simultaneously without the need to sign in to each one.

If you are installing OfficeSuite for the first time, but you are signed in to one of the other MobiSystems apps on your device, logging in to OfficeSuite will be automatic.

If you sign in with a different account in one of the apps, the same account will be automatically used for the other apps on your device.

*Automatic sign-in option and MS system account provisioning will be available only after app upgrade (app versions File Commander 7.3 +, OfficeSuite 11.3 +, MobiDrive 1.2 +).

1. Open OfficeSuite and tap the menu.

2. Tap Manage Account.

3. Tap More settings.

4. Tap Edit Account.

5. Tap Delete Account.
