Yes, once you have purchased the Premium license(this applies to any dictionary), you can restore it easily using only your purchase Google account or Apple ID. 

Please note that  Premium licenses do not restore automatically!

Yes, once you have purchased the Premium license, you can use it on multiple devices as long as you are logged in to your Google account or Apple ID used for the purchase on all of them.

To restore your Premium features, you would have to make sure that you are signed in with your purchase account when you open your Device Settings and go to Accounts.  

  • Please make sure you are signed in with your purchase account on both your device and Google Play Store. 
  • Go to the Google Play Store>>Tap on your profile icon
  • Tap on Payments and Subscriptions>>Subscriptions
  • Tap on the subscription
  • Follow the instructions there to restore the subscription
