Junior Product Manager - MobiDrive

Who are we?

MobiSystems is a Bulgarian B2C product development company that creates and sells its own productivity applications for Windows, Android and iOS.

During our 20-year history, we have created OfficeSuite (, PDF Extra ( and MobiDrive (, which have been installed on more than 500 million devices worldwide.

Currently, we have over 180 employees in our headquarters in Sofia and an office in San Diego.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a junior Product Manager to join our newest business line - MobiDrive.

The business line includes the MobiDrive Windows, iOS and Android apps, as well as the web application.

You will work alongside an experienced product manager, who will help you learn and grow on the job, to define and deliver new versions of the products based on customer feedback and MobiSystems strategic priorities.

What will you do and learn as needed?

  • Participate in the planning of the product roadmap with stakeholders from Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Development, UX, QA and Support teams.
  • Maintain the product backlog.
  • Create feature specifications and mock-ups.
  • Work with the UX design team to elaborate and test prototypes with end users.
  • Provide any clarifications that might be needed to the Engineering team during the implementation.
  • Review the implemented features from a functional perspective.
  • Help the QA team to define test scenarios and prioritize the bugs found during testing.
  • Plan and monitor the delivery of product releases on a monthly rhythm.
  • Review quantitative data and qualitative user feedback in order to find ways to improve and grow the product.

What do we look for in a candidate?

  • Some experience in the IT sector, ideally in a product-adjacent field like Project Management, Product Marketing, Business Analysis, QA.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent English - written & spoken (level C1/C2).
  • Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) is an advantage.
  • Living in Sofia or willing to relocate.
