Sign-in HelpThe following problems might occur when signing-in using your Facebook or Google+ profile:
Please check if you have any installed pop-up blocking software. The software might be an antivirus program, a specialized program for blocking ads and malicious websites, or a browser plugin. It is also possible that your browser is set to not open pop-up windows.
- From the contextual menu in the top right corner, select Settings.
- Click on 'Show advanced settings...' at the bottom of the page.
- Click on 'Content Settings...' in the Privacy section.
- In the Cookies section, select 'Allow local data to be set (recommended)' and make sure that the option 'Block third-party cookies and site data' is disabled.
