The following problems might occur when signing-in using your Facebook or Google+ profile:

The sign-in window for Facebook or Google+ does not open

Please check if you have any installed pop-up blocking software. The software might be an antivirus program, a specialized program for blocking ads and malicious websites, or a browser plugin. It is also possible that your browser is set to not open pop-up windows.

Allow the opening of pop-up windows for from your browser settings and through any blocking software and try logging in again. Also, for the MobiSystems website to work properly, make sure that your browser allows JavaScript to be used.

After you have signed in, the Facebook or Google+ sign-in window closes but you cannot access your profile

Check whether you have disabled the use of cookies through your browser and enable them. Also, allow external sites to transfer data to through cookies.

If you use Google Chrome, check the following settings:
  • From the contextual menu in the top right corner, select Settings.
  • Click on 'Show advanced settings...' at the bottom of the page.
  • Click on 'Content Settings...' in the Privacy section.
  • In the Cookies section, select 'Allow local data to be set (recommended)' and make sure that the option 'Block third-party cookies and site data' is disabled.
